Information We Collect

When you place an order we collect the details you provide: full name, email address, shipping address and phone number. We do not store card details — payments are processed directly by Bit and PayPal.

While you browse, we also collect usage data: pages viewed, products added to cart, how you reached the site, browser type, and IP address (stored only in hashed form).

How We Use It

To process and deliver your order, send status updates, contact you about your order, improve the site, and measure and optimise our marketing.

Measurement and Advertising Tools

This site uses third-party tools for measurement and advertising:

Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) — measures on-site actions such as product views, add-to-cart and purchases, to report ad performance and show relevant advertising. As part of this, contact details you enter at checkout (email and phone) are sent to Meta in hashed form so the action can be matched to your account.
Google Analytics — analysis of site usage patterns.
Klaviyo — email marketing and subscriber activity tracking.

Measurement events are also stored in our own database so we can verify the accuracy of this reporting.

Sharing With Third Parties

We share necessary information with: Bit and PayPal (payment processing), Supabase (secure storage), Resend (email delivery), our shipping provider, and the measurement and advertising providers listed above. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for site operation (cart, language preference, login), experience cookies (recently viewed products), and marketing cookies used by the tools listed above.

How to opt out: Experience and marketing cookies are on by default. You can turn them off at any time via the "Settings" button in the cookie banner, or by clearing cookies in your browser. Turning them off will not affect your ability to place an order.

Security

We apply reasonable security measures including encrypted transport (SSL/TLS) and restricted database access permissions.

Your Rights
