Right to Cancel

Under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, you may cancel a transaction within 14 days of receiving the product, or from the day of receiving the disclosure document — whichever is later.

Return Conditions

Products may be returned provided they are in their original condition, without signs of use, in their original packaging. Custom-made products cannot be returned unless defective.

How to Return

To initiate a return, contact us via email with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, send the product via registered mail to the address provided.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned product. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect.

Exchanges

Products may be exchanged for a different size (subject to availability) at no additional cost. Exchange shipping is free of charge.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately with photos of the defect. Defective products will be replaced or fully refunded, including shipping costs.
